OUR MISSION IS TO MAINTAIN AT-RISK YOUTH IN THEIR FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES, WHERE POSSIBLE, AND TO HELP THESE YOUTH BECOME RESPONSIBLE AND FUNCTIONAL MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES.
