The Lola Mercedes Parker Foundation (LMPF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation and serves as the charitable arm of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. As the charitable arm of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated the LMPF exists to uphold, amplify and build sustainability through investing in meaningful, focused programing reaching our targeted communities of youth and women. LMPF provides effective education, professional development, and resources to the Black community. We exist to uphold, amplify and build sustainability through investing in meaningful, focused programing reaching our targeted communities. Our initiatives focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, education, and technology to combat societal and cultural barriers and create a path forward for intentional success. Each programmatic function is supported by public and private alliances that uphold our ideals and build bridges for wider connections.
