Reaching a Higher Ground Together Higher Grounds work centers youth and family success in lasting community change. We are leading Arizonas adaptation of the fullservice Community Schools Model Restart SMART. Our schoolbased teams work directly with youth families and schools toward locallyled success. Support Specialists work with individuals to stabilize basic needs build life skills and scaffold support.
