Home Womens Golf Association of Western Pennsylvania Womens Golf Association of Western Pennsylvania Founded in 1922 the Women39s Golf Association of Western Pennsylvania promotes the best interests and true spirit of the game of golf while regulating and governing all contests in which approximately 600 members from 38 clubs participate. A ninemember Executive Board governs the nonprofit organization and employs a Tournament Administrator. The WGAWP promotes the spirit of the game of golf for all junior amateur girls through mentoring demonstrating integrity and sportsmanship and providing instruction and competitive opportunities.
