TO PROVIDE A TRAINING AND COUNSELING CENTER AND AS A CLEARING HOUSE FOR PROBLEMS OF OLDER PEOPLE. TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
