How can we better understand what it’s like to live with depression, anxiety, or PTSD? A new exhibit at the Carnegie Science Center offers a powerful answer. “Mental Health: Mind Matters” uses immersive technology and storytelling to challenge stigma and build empathy – two goals at the heart of #StauntonFarmFoundation’s mission. See it now through August 17. Learn more from Pittsburgh City Paper: (fb)

Earlier this week, we celebrated April as National Counseling Awareness Month, but did you know it’s also Stress Awareness Month? It’s so important to recognize the impact stress has on our mental and physical health. While some stress is a normal part of life, chronic stress can take a toll. This month, take time to check in with yourself and explore healthy ways to manage stress, whether it’s through mindfulness, movement, creative outlets, or seeking support. Small steps can make a big difference. How do you prioritize stress relief in your daily life?
