Friends of WLRC is a non-profit, volunteer organization formed to provide a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Friends of Wyoming Life Resource Center is a volunteer organization dedicated to securing, maintaining and improving services for Wyomingites with all levels of developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injuries. We advocate for a full range of services and a full continuum of living arrangements - home, community based Medicaid Waiver and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities programs.
