East Tennessee Spay & Neuter, Inc.
Our purpose is to end the use of euthanasia for companion animals. We do this by providing a cohesive group of programs designed to help the community, especially low-income families, keep their pets healthy and OUT of the shelter. With so many area shelters closing their intakes to needy pets from the public they serve, we understand what it takes to focus on pet retention in those homes. We want all homes to be "fur-ever" homes. "The most important thing we want the people of Carter County and surrounding areas to know is that there ARE low-cost alternatives for spay-neuter, pet food, and routine veterinary care.
