ASPE Johnstown - Home Page Home Page Upcoming Events Welcome to ASPE Johnstown. Welcome to the Johnstown Chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers ASPE web page. The Johnstown Chapter was originally formed as a Satellite Chapter of Pittsburgh in April of 1999 by Jim Spinelli and Steve Kormanik who attended the Pittsburgh Chapter meetings. The first Johnstown meeting was held on September 22nd 1999 at Rizzos in Windber PA.
