About the Dover Eagle Foundation The Dover Eagle Foundation was founded in 2009 as a nonprofit 5013 organization to make grants to the Dover Area School District its teachers or administrators for projects for the classroom instructional or other educational needs of the Dover Area School District or to supplement or enhance the educational programs and activities of the Dover Area School District for the benefit of its qualified students. Student Scholarships Every single school year we allocate 10 of our current working balance to provide 500 scholarships to our high school seniors that are looking to further their education.
