Welcome to Dheean Pukardian Welcome to Dheean Pukardian We are a 501 c3 Public Charity At Dheean Pukardian our twin missions are to stop female feticide in India by spreading education about its root causes and to sponsor education for needy girls to provide them with a headstart in life. Established in 2011 Dheean Pukardian Daughters Outcry was founded in an effort to combat the growing inequality between the sexes in India. This social contrast in India though officially outlawed continues because of a patriarchal cultural cycle that has continued for generations. This cycle is only compounded by the tradition of dowry in which the family of the wife must give tribute to the family of the husband.
