Pocono Area Transitional Housing's purpose is to operate housing and services for the care & relief of families in a housing crisis in Monroe County. The purpose of PATH is to organize and operate housing with related services for the care and relief OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TEMPORARY HOUSING AND CONSELLING FOR FAMILIES WHO ARE EXPERIENCING A HOUSING CRISIS. THESE SERVICES WER PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS FROM OUR COUNTY ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS.
