Specifically to enhance the care and compassion provided to all animals within YCSACS shelter and to facilitate the placement of stray and homeless pets into desirable "Forever Homes". We strive to give the best care and shelter to our animal guests while also providing educational assistance and direction to prospective new families. We encourage responsible pet ownership and promote the education of such within our community, including the importance of spaying and neutering companion animals.
