TO EDUCATE AND SUPPORT WOMEN IN MARKETING AND MEDIA THROUGH THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, NETWORKING, MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND TO SUPPORT THE PHILANTHROPIC PRIORITIES OF THE FOUNDATION. SINCE 2012, THE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS FOCUSED ON PAYING OFF STUDENT LOAN DEBT FOR DESERVING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. IN 2017 WE LAUNCHED A DEI INITIATIVE CALLED #INCLUSIVE 100. THIS IS THE INDUSTRY'S FIRST TOOL TO MEASURE PROGRESS IN BENCHMARKING WORKPLACES FROM A REPRESENTATION, INCLUSION AND CULTURE PERSPECTIVE. WE THEN CROWD SOURCE BEST PRACTICES IN CREATING WORKPLACES THAT REFLECT THE POPULATION WE SERVIE THROUGH QUARTERLY THOUGHT LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLES. THERE ARE 50 CONSORTIUM MEMBERS IN #INCLUSIVE 100.
