TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS FOR COMPETITIVE SWIMMING, WHILE ENCOURAGING TEAM SPIRIT, HEALTH AND FITNESS, SPORTSMANSHIP, CHARACTER-BUILDING AND CONFIDENCE IN THE ATHLETE. THE PROGRAM ALLOWS THE SWIMMER TO DEDICATE HIMSELF/HERSELF TO ACHIEVING THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF COMPETITION AND PERSONAL PERFORMANCE WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING A LIFELONG INTEREST IN THE SPORT OF SWIMMING.
