Fluvanna Meals on Wheels, through our volunteers, provides and delivers balanced, hot nutritious meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities who have no reliable means of obtaining their daily food requirements. Volunteers will help alleviate the sense of isolation and worry of the clients and observe their physical and mental status in furtherance of their welfare and health. For some of our clients,  this may be their only contact for the day. We work in cooperation with the community, faith-based organizations, families, health care providers and social service organizations to identify those in need of service. Fluvanna Meals on Wheels relies on contributions from individuals, businesses and organizations within our community to support its home-delivered meals programs.
