Direct Services in areas where we are competent and not duplicating services.
Referral Services in areas where other organizations are readily available, competent and are consistent with our values.
Collaborative Services in areas where we join resources with other organizations that are consistent with our values.

Please Help us make a positive impact. Thanks to your support weve made an incredible impact this year. Together weve served over 1600 individuals monthly through our food pantry worked with more than 55 students in our poetry and literacy programs and provided Health Wellness services to over 325 community members. We are deeply inspired by your generosity passion and commitment to creating a stronger collective community.
