Visit our website at https://paireddonation.org The mission of the Alliance for Paired Donation is to establish a universal system that pairs living persons willing to donate a kidney with those needing kidney transplants, in order to increase the number of living donor kidney transplants; improve outcomes for kidney transplant recipients; and significantly reduce public and private costs incurred by chronic kidney disease. The organization was also formed to help provide funds to kidney donors who may not have the financial resources to travel to donate a kidney; to help with recipients' out-of-pocket expenses related to their transplant; to fund transplant-related research and to educate both the public and health care professionals about kidney paired donation.
