THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED ARE FURTHERING THE CAUSE AND PERPETUATION OF THE SPORT OF RECREATIONAL SNOWMOBILING IN OUR REGION THROUGH COOPERATION WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND/OR OTHER GROUPS, ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF MICHIGAN; MAINTAINING PUBLIC SNOWMOBILE TRAIL SYSTEMS IN AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE SAFE SNOWMOBILE TRAILS THEREBY DRAWING TOURIST TRAFFIC THAT PROMOTES INCREASED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ADJACENT COMMUNITIES; PROVIDING INSTRUCTION TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC RELATED TO SAFE OPERATION OF SNOWMOBILES; PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO THE COMMUNITY IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY; AND ASSISTING IN COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR PROVIDING SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF EFFORT AND MATERIALS NEEDED. THIS NONPROFIT CORPORATION'S PURPOSES ARE CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND DESIGNED TO ENHANCE REGIONAL PUBLIC ACCESS TO SAFE SNOWMOBILE TRAILS.
