Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS) is a professional organization for superintendents and administrators who serve LatinX students. TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP ACROSS THE NATION THAT ASSURES EVERY SCHOOL IN AMERICA EFFECTIVELY SERVES THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF ALL STUDENTS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON LATINO YOUTH THROUGH SHARED KNOWLEDGE TO IMPLEMENT PRACTICES OF PROMISE AND TRANSCEND CURRENT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
