We have a wonderful Give Big fundraising update. When the event ended two weeks ago, we had raised $14,150. Since then, we received four additional checks, bringing our grand total for Give Big to $16,000! This means we not only reached our goal of $15,000 but exceeded it by $1,000! This is also about $5,000 more than we have ever raised before in Give Big. Thank you for your support, we are blown away by the generosity of this community. It is clear Hyalite Canyon is a special place to many, and we'll do our part to keep to that way. (fb)

THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported the Friends of Hyalite Spring Clean Up yesterday! We had so many helpful hands tidying popular trailheads, parking lots and the roadside before the busy summer season. Groups tackled everything from Moser to Grotto, picking up trash, dog poop, cleaning illegal pallet fires, as well as the nails they leave behind, cleaning up legal fire rings, and much more. A BIG shoutout to @picklebarrelbozeman (who has been a longtime supporter of FoH) for donating ALL of the lunches, including a literal barrel of pickles. That was a big hit. Also to @outlawbrewing_beer for donating free pint coupons to everyone who came out. We are truly grateful to our community partners.
