THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION ARE TO UNITE IN AN ORGANIZATION THOSEPERSONS RESIDING IN BRIGANTINE, NEW JERSY AND ITS VICINITY WHO AREINTERESTED IN SAILING, BOATING, GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP;TO PURSUE THESE PURPOSES BY EDUCATING CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN THE ART ANDSCIENCE OF SAILING AND THE SPORT OF RACING SAILBOATS; TO PROVIDE ACTIVEJUNIOR AND ADULT SOCIAL PROGRAMS IN A CONTEXT OF NAUTICAL SPORTS; AND TOBE A GOOD CITIZEN OF OUR COMMUNITY.
