The Organization's primary exempt purpose is to further the services of its parent organization, Foundation for Airborne Relief, by assisting in improving and ameliorating the moral and social conditions of humanity and to render service to the aged, the homeless and the needy by (i) creating, developing, and producing information and referral regarding the issues of creating, producing and/or preserving affordable housing for low and moderate income families in the So. California region.
