Home - Martha Lloyd Community Services Supports people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism to achieve independence and lead a fulfilled life. Headquartered in the town of Troy Pennsylvania MLCS has satellite offices located in Mansfield. We offer Residential Day Senior Community Integration and Lifesharing programs across Bradford and Tioga counties. These programs include eighteen community group homes two adult day service programs and twelve lifesharing providers.
