PICHC programs use strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals of reproductive age and their families with a focus on individuals in the prenatal postpartum and interconception periods. Breastfeeding Westchester Rockland County CHRF manages a Breastfeeding Friendly care continuum from pregnancy through infancy to increase breastfeeding initiation.
