THE FOUNDATION FOCUSES ON IMPROVING HEALTH SERVICES FOR PREGE=NECT INDIVIDUALS AND CHILDREN AND ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN CHILDREN AND PREGNANT PEOPLE. WE ALSO RESPOND TO THOSE DIAGNOSED WITH CHRONIC OR SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS AS WELL AS SERVING AS A RESOURCE CENTER FOR FAMILIES WHO CARE FOR AND PROVIDE FOR CHILDREN.

Initiatives PICHC Perinatal and Infant Community Health Collaborative The PICHC program works together with communities to improve perinatal and infant health outcomes for highneed low income Medicaid eligible individuals and their families . PICHC programs use strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals of reproductive age and their families with a focus on individuals in the prenatal postpartum and interconception periods. Breastfeeding Westchester Rockland County CHRF manages a Breastfeeding Friendly care continuum from pregnancy through infancy to increase breastfeeding initiation.
