Home - Parklawn Community Parklawn Community A little oasis within the beltway Home Welcome to Parklawn Community. Our neighborhood is bordered by Lincolnia Road Braddock Road Columbia Pike and Holmes Run Park. Our nearly 700 houses provide homes for neighbors of diverse cultures and age groups. With meandering sidewalks a park an inclusive Civic Association and a Neighborhood Watch program our neighbors enjoy a unity and familiarity that is often missing in modern communities.
