The C.S. Lewis Society of California is an independent, non-profit, Christian, educational and cultural organization interested in events, publications, and other developments that advance deeper understanding of the enduring philosophical, cultural, historical, literary, spiritual, social, and economic issues of mankind. Drawing on the life, works, and ideas of C.S. Lewis and others, we seek to build appreciation of the central role of Christian tenets in our lives and the fabric of free societies, including civil institutions, the rule of law, science, education, charity, private enterprise and economic welfare, individual liberty and personal responsibility, and spiritual fulfillment.
