Bent Tree Foundation Who we are Scholarships and Grants Animal Care Community Enhancements Help us Enhance our Community in and around Bent Tree Bent Tree Foundation The Bent Tree Foundation was approved as a nonprofit 501c3 organization by the Internal Revenue Service on July 2 2009. The organization was chartered as an independent organization and a public tax exempt charity by the Service. The Board is composed of nine volunteer members who do the planning for and conduct the business of the Foundation. Its makeup is quite diverse in its distribution of talent experience and management skills.
