THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OFFER CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES TO THOSE IN THE COMMUNITY OF SHIPPENSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA WHO HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL AVAILABLE MEANS FOR ADEQUATE FOOD, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, UTILITIES, CLOTHING, OR MEDICAL CARE. THIS ASSISTANCE MAY BE PROVIDED BY EMERGENCY SERVICE DELIVERY AND/OR REFERRALS OR CONSULTATIONS TO OTHER AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATION WITH THE MEANS TO FULFILL THE NEED.
