New York Pathological Society
The New York Pathological Society is a professional organization for pathologists in New York State. It was organized in 1844 and incorporated in 1886. THE OBJECT OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE THE ADVANCEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE OF ALL BRANCHES OF PATHOLOGY AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MEMBERS IN DIAGNOSIS, UNDERSTANDING, AND TREATMENT OF DISEASE AS FOUNDED UPON KNOWLEDGE OF PATHOLOGY.
