THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE INTEREST IN SCIENCE. THIS IS DONE THROUGH ENCOURAGING AND ASSURING THE DISCOVERY, UNDERSTANDING, DISSEMINATION AND PRACTICE OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS, ENGINEERING, TECHNOLOGY, OR THEIR APPLICATIONS THROUGH CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING.
