Making a Difference. Founded in 1966, we serve east Erie, especially targeting E. Lake Rd. to E 28th St, East Ave to Bird Dr. To volunteer call us at (814) 898-0400. The John F. Kennedy Center seeks to improve the conditions of work, play, study, health, and living among the lower income residents of a targeted service area of northeast Erie City.
Our agency is responsive to the ever-changing needs of the community, with financial and program accountability, all the while maintaining a high level of integrity within our organization and among those we serve.

SupportingLow Income Community in Erie Established in 1968 Projects Initiated 35 Families Supported 8000 PROGRAMS. Youth Enrichment Focused on bringing out the best in participants children and youth to become more engaged in school develop stronger bonds with their community. Women WICs MHEDS WIC supports and safeguards the health of lowincome women infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. It provides nutrition education and counselling.
