FURTHERMORE, TO LOWER THE COST OF HEALTHCARE AND ENABLE SENIORS TO SUCCESSFULLY AGE, LIVING LIFE ON THEIR OWN TERMS WITH ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH AND SUPPORT SERVICES THAT PRESERVE AND PROTECT THEIR DIGNITY, QUALITY OF LIFE AND INDEPENDENCE.
