The Contingent is a venture non-profit that empowers leaders and mobilizes community for the common good. Our core initiatives work together to serve marginalized individuals and families who live in Oregon, both in the areas of human services, and community leadership and workforce development. Everything we do is with an eye towards collaboration and bringing forth community members from the private sector, faith communities, social organizations, and government agencies to tackle complex issues in our city.
