Wisconsin Livestock Breeders Association | Home AnnouncementsUpdates At the Wisconsin Livestock Breeders Association WLBA Board Meeting held on Wednesday February 7 2024 the Board of Directors unanimously voted to not be an approved youth organization for junior exhibitors to showexhibit under at any county or state fair going forward from this date. This includes any junior exhibitor that has previously exhibited under the WLBA organization in the past. Please direct any questions to WLBA Executive Director Jill Alf at wisconsinlivestockbreedersgmail. com but no exception will be made.
