The Harold and Rosemarie Marx Memorial Fund was established to provide cultural, social, recreational and educational activities to the children of Cook County Juvenile Court. THE MARX PROGRAM PROVIDES SOCIAL, CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR WARDS OF JUVENILE COURT.
