Rebuilding Together Hartford’s mission is rebuilding homes, revitalizing communities, rebuilding lives. Our vision is safe homes and communities for everyone. Founded in 1994 as “Christmas in April”, Rebuilding Together Hartford is a non-profit organization that provides free home repair, accessibility modification and energy conservation services for low-income Hartford homeowners. While we serve any qualified homeowner, we do prioritize elderly, disabled, multi-generational families, and Veterans, as well as those with projects that pose a health or safety risk.
