Basic Assistance to Students in the Community
Borrego Springs BASIC Circle of Art is host to the Circle of Art Festival every year in March. This is a must see event. BASIC (Basic Assistance for Students in the Community) is an organization committed to empowering youth and adults of the Borrego Springs community to pursue educational opportunity and achievement by providing grants, scholarships and programs that will help students reach their potential and realize their dreams.
