FRAILTY MYTHS
Transformative workshops for women, trans, and non binary folks with an intersectional and experiential learning model to ReImagine Femininity and Build Power. We're a non-profit, founded by a diverse group of people, looking to overcome the myths of frailty and inferiority through community, honesty, and strength. Frailty Myths is an innovative organization dedicated to dismantling biases and injustice through somatic learning and unique pedagogy toward our collective liberation. We offer community workshops that prioritize Black, Brown, & Indigenious women & gender-expansive people while our cross-sector, mixed-gender collaborations help teams deepen into the critical communication and interpersonal dynamics skills necessary for the culture change that leads to a more just world. Our programming creates transformative experiences through our somatic learning model that pairs hands-on projects like woodworking with powerfully, facilitated conversations. We cultivate a liberatory space to practice being in the the world we are working to create. It is the beautiful messiness of real change.
