Founded in 1974 The Council provides programs in Bucks Chester Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Prevention Training and Education Prevention Training and Education programs for individuals families students and communities providing information substance use disorder recovery and community responses including the roles peers play. Intervention We provide outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and case management services for adults and adolescents in Bucks County.
