Segment 8 | Day 6 Another Community Day — Crushed! Nancy kicked off the morning at 7 AM in the beautiful Floyd Hill Open Space, taking the first 15 miles of Segment 8 in stride before joining Bill, who brought us all the way to Runners Roost in Golden. Bill has now logged over 22 miles for this segment — he’s feeling that MS fatigue, but true to form, he’s pushing through with strength and spirit. We’re in awe of the support surrounding Kelsey, Bill, and Our Relay. This community continues to show up in powerful ways. The weather couldn’t have been better — a crisp 50 degrees to start and warming to a sunny 68. Joining us today were Kelsey and her pup Buttons, Jenny C, and of course, Sue and Bill Morgan. Kelsey is steadily recovering and plans to finish off Segment 8 in Denver at Sloan Park with a few miles of her own. Let’s go, Kelsey and Community Crew — you’ve got this! Location: Golden, CO

Day 5 | Segment 8 Today was a true display of teamwork! A total of 26.5 miles were completed by @scothunsperger, @jennylechevy, and @bill.trikes4ms for @kelsey.outside because of rhabdomyolysis.
