Centrepeace, Inc.
CentrePeace, grew from prison visitation at SCI-Rockview to multiple programs serving inmates throughout Pennsylvania and beyond. Our largest program is Project Restore where we teach non-violent conflict resolution and job skills in a community setting to individuals incarcerated at the Centre County Correctional Facility. People donate their household items and furniture that are then sold in our outlet showroom. The sale of furniture and household goods funds over 90% of our operating budget. We promote restorative justice as an alternative to retributive justice while helping offenders be accountable for their crimes.
