WHO WE ARE Illinois Association of Private Special Education Centers IAPSEC is a notforprofit organization consisting of private schools interested in the general welfare of Illinois children with exceptional needs and the quality of special education made available to them. IAPSEC provides representation for private schools by advocating for special education and the students that private schools serve. IAPSEC also works on private school issues with state agencies.
