Mountain View Pool JeffCo Aquatic Coalition JAC39s mission is to provide proactive leadership and advocacy to sustain a thriving public aquatic recreation facility that serves the needs of East Jefferson County NOW AND IN THE FUTURE. Jefferson County Aquatic Recreation Survey Plans are underway to build a new pool and recreation center in the heart of East Jefferson County. Help shape the development of this new public aquatic facility by participating in our a countywide recreation survey. Information from this survey will help identify what county taxpayers want and dont want in a new pool and recreation center.
