Ashby Free Public Library Fund Inc
We are open and ready to welcome you to our community! We have a fantastic collection of books, video and audio. We have programs for children and adults, including storytime, playgroup, book clubs, photography and nature journaling. Recognizing the limited resources available to the Town of Ashby for operating and maintaining it's public library, the AFPL Fund was established to provide a private, non-profit means for augmenting library resources. However, the assets and resources of the AFPL Fund may not be used to supplant or in any way replace regular municipal obligations or budgetary appropriations to the Ashby Free Public Library.

Ashby Library Welcome to the Ashby Free Public Library. Kanopy is Here New Grant Funded Programs Coming to the Library Tool Library and Repair Cafe The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has awarded the Ashby Free Public Library a 5000 Microgrant to promote repair and reuse. We will be building a tool library and holding a series of workshops where people can learn how to repair items or have professionals repair them. The tool library will keep useful items out of the landfill and encourage borrowing rather than buying.
