Supporting mental health practitioners, promoting development of psychological theory & mental health practice with a full understanding of Catholic Church The mission of the Catholic Psychotherapy Association, Inc. is to support mental health practitioners THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SUPPORT THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSION BY PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL THEORY AND PRACTICE BASED ON CATHOLIC ANTHROPOLOGY; PLANNING AND EXECUTING CONFERENCES FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION; PUBLISHING A NEWSLETTER; MAINTAINING A DISCUSSION BOARD; PROVIDING ON-LINE PROFESSIONAL RESOURCES; AND PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS.
