TO PROVIDE THE CITIZENS OF CLARION COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH SERVICES OF EXCELLENCE IN SPECIALIZED NURSING, REHABILITATION AND HEALTH CARE. OUR MISSION WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITH A TOTAL COMMITMENT TO QUALITY, DIGNITY, RESPECT AND HOSPITALITY IN ALL RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR COMMUNITY. We are working with families the Department of Human Services the Pennsylvania Department of Health the local Ombudsman and other community healthcare providers to assist residents and family members to transition to their new homes over the next 60 days. Throughout this process we remain focused on the best outcomes for residents and assurance their choices and preferences will be considered and honored to the very best of our ability.
