Changing the lives of children born with cleft by promoting first-class comprehensive cleft care around the world and providing care to underserved patients Our vision is a world where no one suffers from untreated cleft. We provide humanitarian cleft care and provider training in the global south to promote universal access to comprehensive cleft care. Global Smile Foundation (GSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global access to integrated cleft care so that no child suffers needlessly from untreated cleft lip/palate, especially underserved patients in low- to middle-income countries. Our mission is to provide world class cleft care to underserved patients from birth to adulthood and empower cleft providers through training and education.
