Today we pause to remember those who died in military service to our country. Their contributions made it possible for us to live, work, and serve our community with freedom and purpose. As a rescue squad, we understand what it means to show up for others. On Memorial Day, we simply take a moment to reflect and be grateful for those who did so on the biggest scale. Our crews got a big thank you today from the owners of a pup who had a doggone adventure this morning. He chased a deer into the river and found himself up the creek without a paddle. But don't worry, he made it safely to one of the islands and was reunited with his owners back on dry land. 🐾 🐶 (fb)
