Our Conversations on Race event sparked a powerful and thought-provoking evening. We’re still reflecting on the insights shared in the room. The panel tackled the current backlash against diversity, equity, and inclusion, addressing critical issues and how they affect us here in South Orange and Maplewood. Thank you to all who attended and engaged with us. The small-group discussions that followed made it clear that our community is ready to keep doing the work together.
